Please note that each individual manufacturer holds all product warranties.  We will replace (or at our discretion exchange the defective product) any product that is defective if returned within 20 days from the date of purchase.  If we are out of stock of that item, we will have the manufacturer replace it directly.  We gladly stand behind all of the products that we sell; therefore we strive to make returns as simple as possible.  If you wish to return product please follow these 3 simple steps:

 

     1) Send a fax to (561) 892 0712 or email this form to info@attf.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number.

     2) Return number will be given by Fax or email. Write the Return Authorization Number on the Invoice.
              

                   Without these documents we cannot issue a return or credit

     3) If purchased by Credit Card, write the Number and Expiration on the invoice, the same card used during the
          purchase.  For your privacy the credit card information is automatically deleted from the system within 2 days

               

  AM Products WILL NOT ISSUE CREDIT ON ANY EQUIPMENT MADE ON SPECIAL ORDER 
OR THAT HAS BEEN INSTALLED, USED OR RETURNED IN A NON RE-SALEABLE CONDITION.

PLEASE READ RETURN TERMS

Returns will be accepted for up to 20 days from the date of purchase ( invoice Date )

Customers are responsible for return shipping and insurance of the product to our warehouse. 

Freight will not be refunded unless there was a shipping error made by AM Products. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable and will be added to items delivered under Free shipping,

Returns on Linear radios, Mitsubishi PLC, Drives, Terminals, Allied Wireless Controls, will be forwarded to the manufacturer for warranty purposes before any credit is applied.

·     Customers are responsible for return shipping and insurance of the product  

       Incomplete returns will be rejected by our Returns Warehouse and returned to the sender at sender’s expense. All returns must include the following:
· Valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
· ALL Original packaging (manufacturer's box, styrofoam, plastic bags, etc.).
· All accessories (mounting brackets, cables, connectors, etc.)
· Manufacturer documentation (manuals, warranty cards, registration information, etc.)

·     Original packaging must not be marked, labeled or damaged in any way.
- DO NOT write RMA number on the product packaging or box.
- Pack the product being returned and write the RMA number on the shipping box.
Any items showing wear, damage, modification, or installation (which includes scratches, dings, dents, and cut or stripped wires). Items not received in re-saleable condition will be refused and returned at customer expense without credit approval.

·     All returns are subject to a restocking charge of a minimum of 30 % of the invoice value. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable, we will not issue refunds for items damaged on the return shipment.  Software can not be returned. See the software license agreement from the producer.
